Warranty Policy

Sterk Products stands behind the quality of the products we manufacture and sell. Unless otherwise specified, Sterk Products branded products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, Sterk Products may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of any Sterk Products branded item found to be defective due to material or manufacturing defects under normal use and maintenance.

Products manufactured by third parties and sold by Sterk Products, including XRW Racing Parts, may be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty and terms where applicable. Warranty coverage and remedies for such products are subject to the policies of the original manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, unreasonable use, neglect, or improper maintenance. Sterk Products reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products that show evidence of such conditions.

Under no circumstances shall Sterk Products be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product sold by Sterk Products.

Except as expressly stated herein, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
