Warranty Policy

This 1-year warranty applies to all goods purchased from Sterk Products. This 1-year warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty period remains in effect for as long as the original customer maintains ownership. This warranty extends only to the original customer and cannot be transferred or assigned.

During the warranty period, Sterk Products will repair, replace, or will provide a refund by repaying the amount of the purchase price of the product, at Sterk Products’ discretion, products or parts of a product that proves defective under normal use and maintenance due to improper material or workmanship. Sterk Products will repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Under no circumstances shall sterk products be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential losses or costs from the use, misuse, or defect of any sterk products goods, whether such claim is based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, negligence, or any other legal theory (including without limitation, lost profits, revenues, anticipated sales, business opportunities, goodwill or interruption of business or other injury or damage). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Sterk Products reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products that, at Sterk Products’ discretion, appear damaged or defective due to misuse, unreasonable use, abuse, modification, or improper maintenance. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
