Shipping Options
Orders are usually shipped within 24hrs from when the order was placed. All products have a real-time shipping rates, except for products explicitly marked as free shipping, options will be offered at checkout, prices will be dependent on your address and order.

While we strive to ensure fast and reliable shipping, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. Customs processing, carrier transit times, weather conditions, and peak shipping seasons (such as holidays) can impact delivery schedules. Once an order is shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), and we are unable to guarantee exact arrival dates. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to use your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

We now ship worldwide from our online store! International shipping is available, with real-time shipping rates provided at checkout for destinations outside Canada and the U.S. Please note that additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or U.S. territories.
Where Is My Package
You will receive an email with your tracking information for your package after it leaves our facility. Please note it is possible that your items may come in separate shipments, the tracking number will be for the first package. When you are signed in to your account you can also view your order history.
