At Sterk, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide accurate descriptions, sizing, and compatibility details to help you make the right purchase the first time.
While all sales are generally considered final, we understand that situations may arise. For that reason, we offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in “like new” condition.

Returns that show signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and duties and taxes to return item will be deducted from the refund amount.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any fees) within 5–10 business days.
